At re:stalk our passion for well made and lovingly crafted cider is what fuels us in bringing the most interesting drinks to the wider world. A lot of love and skill goes in to the process of creating cider and it’s that marriage of creativity and science that makes us so interested in bringing those flavours to you. Through travelling the world we have sampled some of the finest and well made ciders available and it’s our mission to bring those to the UK in an effort to spread the enthusiasm we have for well made, great tasting ciders.

There is a place for cider alongside fine wines, craft beers and anywhere in between. The diversity of cider is what makes it such an exciting drink. Cider makers everywhere are approaching the process from different angles all the time. Whether it is experimenting with apple varieties, yeasts or collaborating with each other the current world of cider is an exciting and innovative one that deserves more attention.

We have a very strict ethos at re:stalk of only selling what we would drink ourselves. We will be putting the same amount of passion in to distributing these ciders as the makers have put in to the process of creating it and hope that you’ll want to join us in celebrating and sharing our selection of carefully curated ciders from around the world.
